Privacy Notice for this page
This is a supplement, not a replacement. SureCall's Privacy Notice and Terms & Conditions govern your information. This page adds the detail specific to this advertising page: what its form collects, the cookies it sets, and the advertising identifiers it receives. Where the two differ on your rights or how to exercise them, the main Privacy Notice governs.
1. What this page is
This is an advertising landing page for SureCall Contact Centers Ltd. ("SureCall"). People reach it by clicking a paid search advertisement. It is operated on SureCall's behalf by SureCall's marketing partner, which acts as a service provider and processes information only on SureCall's instructions.
This page is not part of surecallcc.com and is excluded from search engines.
2. What the form collects
The quote form on this page is submitted in three steps. Nothing you type is sent to us until you complete and submit the form at the last step. The fields are:
- Name.
- Company name.
- Work email. We enforce corporate email domains only (free personal email providers are blocked).
- Phone number.
- Company website.
- Country.
- The services you are inquiring about (and specific details if you specify Other / Multiple Services).
- Your company's annual revenue band and your industry. See section 4.
- Who else you are considering — an optional free-text question on the comparison page only, so the answer can speak to your real alternatives. It is not used to rate your enquiry.
- Your consent choices, together with the exact wording shown to you at the time, the date and time, and the IP address the request came from. We keep the wording, not just the checkbox, because the record has to show what you actually agreed to.
Do not submit confidential, regulated or sensitive information through this form — including customer data, credentials, payment card data or health information. It is a sales enquiry form, not a secure channel.
3. What is collected automatically
- Attribution cookie (
kf_attr). A first-party cookie set by our server on.surecallcc.com, kept for 90 days. It stores the advertising click identifiers and campaign parameters that brought you here, the page address and the referring site. Its purpose is to connect an enquiry to the advertisement that produced it. It does not follow you across other companies' websites. - Google advertising identifiers. When you arrive from a Google advertisement, Google
appends a click identifier (such as
gclid) to the address. We store it with the cookie above and may use it to report a conversion back to Google Ads. - HubSpot analytics cookies (
hubspotutkand related). Set by HubSpot, SureCall's customer platform, to recognise a returning visitor and record the pages viewed. When you send the form, this identifier travels with your enquiry so SureCall can see how it arrived. - Server logs and delivery. Standard web logs (IP address, browser, time, pages requested). Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means your IP address reaches Google when the page loads.
- Anti-abuse. The form measures how long it took to complete and includes a hidden field that people do not see. Both exist to filter automated submissions.
There is no session recording, heat mapping or advertising pixel from a social network on this page.
4. Why we ask about revenue and industry, and what we do with it
We ask for your company's revenue band and industry for two reasons, and we would rather say so plainly:
- To answer you usefully. A quote for a contact center depends on call volume and the kind of calls, and those two answers are the fastest honest proxy.
- To prioritise. Your answers produce an internal score that helps decide how quickly and by whom your enquiry is handled, and may be reported to Google Ads as the value of the conversion.
This scoring is used for sales prioritisation only. It does not make any decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect about you, and a person reviews every enquiry. If you would rather not answer, "Prefer not to say" is an option, and you can always call instead.
5. Your consent choices
The form asks for two separate permissions. None of them is required and none is ticked for you. You can send the form without ticking any of them, and we will still answer your enquiry.
- Calls and texts about your enquiry — including by automated dialling system or prerecorded or artificial (AI) voice. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
- Marketing messages — service updates and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message.
These are kept apart on purpose: agreeing to be contacted about a quote is not agreeing to receive marketing. For each choice we record the wording shown to you, the date and time, and the page it was made on.
6. Who sees the information
- SureCall, to respond to your enquiry and manage the relationship.
- SureCall's marketing partner, which operates this page and its hosting under contract and on SureCall's instructions.
- HubSpot, SureCall's customer platform.
- Google, limited to conversion measurement for the advertising that brought you here.
Enquiries from this page are not sold, and are not shared with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.
7. Where the information is held, and for how long
Records from this page are held on servers in the United States and are also available to SureCall in Canada. The attribution cookie expires after 90 days. This page's server keeps a backup copy of each submission, only so that no enquiry is lost if delivery to SureCall's customer platform fails. Those server copies are deleted after 90 days (a copy that has not yet reached SureCall is kept only until it is delivered). The enquiry record itself lives in SureCall's customer platform (HubSpot) and is retained under SureCall's retention practices, described in the main Privacy Notice. If you want your enquiry deleted, ask using section 8 and it will be removed from this page's records as well as SureCall's.
8. Your choices and your rights
All privacy requests go to one place: privacy@surecallcc.com, with "Privacy Rights Request" in the subject. Say that your request concerns connect.surecallcc.com so it reaches the right records.
- In Canada you may ask for access to the information held about you, ask for corrections, and withdraw consent.
- In the United States, depending on your state, you may have rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of targeted advertising. SureCall honours Global Privacy Control signals where required and offers a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" mechanism — see the main Privacy Notice.
- Cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser. Blocking the attribution cookie does not stop you using this page or sending the form.
9. If you are contacting us about a call you received
SureCall answers calls, chats and messages on behalf of other companies. If your question is about an interaction you had with a line SureCall operates for another brand, that brand's privacy notice governs it and the request should go to that brand first. Section 1 of the main Privacy Notice explains this.
10. Children
This page is aimed at businesses. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
11. Changes
If what this page collects changes, this notice changes with it and the date at the top is updated.
